Absolute proof of foul play OR severe police incompetence/ignorance. Just kidding, it's both. The shootings in Paris were staged events and did not actually occur, although they likely found and killed innocent people in looking for the "suspects". This is all staged. Look at the bulletproof armor on the cameramen shooting this video. They came prepared.

Grant Morrison Conspiracy
Grant went right up to Richard. He knew he had the right person, and he breaks down a little, knowing full well what he was about to do. He calls and confirms, "Yup I got Richard." Then he pulls his gun.
This was pre-meditated murder. At the very least try to understand this was not a routine traffic stop. Whether or not Richard had, in fact, murdered someone the day before, we will probably never know, but I have a feeling the two are related. This is what it looks like when there's a hit out for a guy. I'm calling BS all the way on this one.
